Company Overview

CareTrust is a web based platform designed to help parents discover, evaluate, and connect with verified nannies. It introduces a reporting system that allows users to flag unsafe caregivers even those outside the platform creating a safer, community-driven childcare ecosystem.

Problem Statement

Parents struggle to find trustworthy nannies, often relying on informal recommendations that lack transparency and accountability. There is no centralized platform to verify caregivers or report unsafe experiences, increasing the risk of placing children in unreliable care. Currently many parents depend on referrals from other nannies, security guards, friends or nanny bureaus.

Our Solution

CareTrust helps parents find and hire trustworthy nannies while reducing risks and uncertainty. It solves he problem in three ways; Easy Discovery, Trust and Safety Signals and Reported Nannies Database. In many cases, concerns such as child neglect or misconduct are reported but quickly forgotten, making it difficult for parents to know a nanny’s past when hiring. CareTrust addresses this gap.
